| Its been awhile since I've updated and I didn't know xanga made all these changes.... LOL... Easter is great! I have a few prayer requests.... But first... Congrats to Mimi and Tim on their Engagement! So lately, it seems that I've come across a lot of people with illnesses. I have a friend who is going to get some testing down for breast cancer. I have another friend's boyfriend who's Dad is going through chemo... and is not responding well to the treatment. I have a coworker who is only 30 years old and is having heart problems and may need bypass... at the age of 30! So I want to pray for health and that God is great. I sometimes forget that I am a healthy person and complain about how I am 20 lbs overweight (according to my height and what not) but I ran a half marathon this weekend. I have nothing to complain about. I have to keep in mind that I cannot control my life because that is what God is doing. Happy Easter. I Luv Jesus. | | |
| SO I went a little crazy this morning and signed up for two races...
On on april 5, with is a half marathon on portland and
one on June 27th, with is the first Rock N Roll marathon here in seattle....

| that after watching the presidential debate, that I don't like either of them. THey both were cocky and didn't answer the most important question: What are they going to cut in order to pay back the 700 billion dollars. With the way the economy is, I am very disappointed that neither of them had a clear and concrete answer. It is not a surprise that this question was going to be asked and yet they both failed to address the most current issue that WILL have a long term effect on the American economy. They had to know that this is going to one of the subjects discussed. I think they spent too much time jabbing at each other, when they should be addressing the issues on hand.

| I've lost contact with my friend last year who I've know since the 7th grade. What ended up happening was that her phone broke and she was having financial problems so she couldn't buy a new phone. At the same time... I was changing cellphone plans (I was booted of the family plan) so I had to change my phone number... and lo and behold... she found me on facebook...=) | | |
| To my car =)... well officially it would be two years on tomorrow.... which reminds me.... I need to drive it through the car wash.
ITs official... I am a washingtonian.. I finally got my license plates... good bye california plates...the funny thing is that the plates are on my passenger seat... lol... I haven't attached it to the car yet.
It also be my one year since I moved to Seattle on Sat. and how am I celebrating? I will be in Portland. 2nd mini vacation here I come.
A quote came to me the other day. The pastor that officiated my sister said this during the cermony. "Love is a choice." and I am going to have to agree. I choose to love to play guitar, to eat, to run etc etc. I choose to love my siblings.... whether they reciprocate or not, it doesn't matter. I thought it was a good reality check. | | |
